Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of Proptics (the "Service"), operated by Proptics ("we", "our"). By accessing the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Not a betting service

Proptics is an analytics and projections service. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, or facilitate gambling transactions.Content on the Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Projections, scores, edges, and ratings are model output, not financial advice or a guarantee of any outcome.

Age and jurisdiction

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal sports-wagering age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with all laws in your location regarding sports betting. The Service is not intended for use where sports betting is illegal.

No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any projection, score, line, or other data shown. Sports data is provided by third-party sources and may contain errors, delays, or omissions.

You acknowledge that past performance of any model output does not predict future results, and that gambling carries financial risk you alone bear. We are not responsible for any wagers you place based on information on the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Proptics, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall have no liability of any kind arising from or related to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or other damages — including but not limited to lost wagers, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or any other loss — whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You assume all risk associated with your use of the Service and any decisions you make in reliance on it.

Account use

• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not share credentials.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape data systematically, or reverse-engineer the model.
• Do not use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, model outputs, and editorial content are owned by Proptics. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or build commercial derivative products from Service output without written permission.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers including Clerk, Vercel, Railway, Supabase, Upstash, Sentry, and various sports-data feeds. Their terms and outages apply. We are not responsible for downtime or data errors caused by upstream providers.

Responsible gambling

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
