Proptics

Proptics ("we", "our") operates the proptics.ai website. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Account data. If you sign in, we store your Clerk user ID, email address, and (if you opt in) a display name. Authentication is handled by Clerk; their privacy practices apply to that flow.
Usage data.We log anonymous page-view counts and performance metrics (via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) so we can see what's slow or broken. We do not sell this data.
Error reports. When the site crashes or an API returns an error, we capture a stack trace and request context (without your email or session token) so we can fix it.
Cookies. Strictly-necessary cookies for sign-in (set by Clerk) and a theme-preference cookie. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by us.

How we use it

Provide the site's features (projections, slate, cheat sheets).
Authenticate sign-in sessions.
Detect abuse and rate-limit API access.
Improve speed, reliability, and accuracy of the model.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party advertisers. We do not build advertising profiles.

Data we share

Service providers we depend on to run the site: Clerk (authentication), Vercel (hosting + analytics), Railway (backend hosting), Supabase (database), Upstash (rate-limit + cache), Sentry (error tracking). Each receives only the minimum needed to perform their function.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if compelled by a valid legal process.

Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Anonymous analytics are retained for up to 25 months (Vercel default). Error reports are retained 30 days. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing the address below; we'll honor the request within 30 days.

Your choices

You can browse most of the site without signing in.
You can delete your account at any time from the account page.
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold by emailing us.
You can opt out of analytics by using a browser-level Do Not Track signal or an analytics-blocking extension.

Children

The site discusses sports betting topics and is intended for users 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
